Fresh Mango Shake Recipe
There’s nothing quite like the sweet, refreshing taste of a mango shake to brighten your day!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup milk/water (you can use dairy or non-dairy milk)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Mangoes:
- Peel the mangoes.
- Cut the mango flesh into small pieces. (avoid the pit)
Blend the Ingredients:
- Place the mango pieces, milk, and sugar (if using) in a blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- **You can keep some mango pieces for garnish
Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If the shake is too thick, you can add a little more milk or water and blend again.
Serve:
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and mango pieces if desired.
