Fresh Mango Shake Recipe

There’s nothing quite like the sweet, refreshing taste of a mango shake to brighten your day!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup milk/water (you can use dairy or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Mangoes:

  • Peel the mangoes.
  • Cut the mango flesh into small pieces. (avoid the pit)

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Place the mango pieces, milk, and sugar (if using) in a blender.
  • Add the ice cubes.
  • **You can keep some mango pieces for garnish

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • If the shake is too thick, you can add a little more milk or water and blend again.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and mango pieces if desired.
