Spicy fresh mango salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 green mangoes (slightly ripened), peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 hot green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh cilantro leaves, whole
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Peel and slice the mangoes into thin strips.
  • Thinly slice the hot green pepper and red onion.
  • Gather a handful of fresh cilantro leaves.

Mix the Salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine the mango slices, hot pepper, red onion, and cilantro leaves.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt, the freshly squeezed lemon juice, and olive oil.
