Homemade Mango Ice Cream

This homemade mango ice cream is easy to make and requires just a few ingredients. It’s a refreshing and creamy treat perfect for hot days.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  2. 500ml heavy whipping cream (38%)
  3. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

Prepare the Mango:

  • Peel and slice the mangoes. Place the mango slices in a blender.

Blend the Mango:

  • Blend the mango slices until you get a smooth puree.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Use a hand mixer or whisk to mix everything together until well combined and slightly thickened.

Freeze the Mixture:

  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid.
  • Place the container in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Serve:

  • Once the ice cream is fully frozen, scoop it into bowls or cones.
  • You can add fresh diced mango on top!
