This homemade mango ice cream is easy to make and requires just a few ingredients. It’s a refreshing and creamy treat perfect for hot days.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 500ml heavy whipping cream (38%)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Prepare the Mango:
- Peel and slice the mangoes. Place the mango slices in a blender.
Blend the Mango:
- Blend the mango slices until you get a smooth puree.
Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Use a hand mixer or whisk to mix everything together until well combined and slightly thickened.
Freeze the Mixture:
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Place the container in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Serve:
- Once the ice cream is fully frozen, scoop it into bowls or cones.
- You can add fresh diced mango on top!
