Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh fish fillet, clean and skinless
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Coarse salt
Instructions:
Prepare the Fish:
- Using a sharp knife, cut the fish fillet into 1 cm cubes.
- Transfer the fish cubes to a large bowl.
Prepare the Mango:
- Peel the mangoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes.
- Add the mango cubes to the bowl with the fish.
Chop the Vegetables:
- Finely chop the purple onion, red chili, and cilantro leaves.
- Add them to the bowl with the fish and mango.
Add Seasoning:
- Add the Sriracha, lime or lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of coarse salt to the bowl.
- Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the ceviche and adjust the seasoning if necessary by adding more salt or lime juice as desired.
Serve:
- Serve the Mango Ceviche immediately for the freshest taste.
- Optionally, garnish with additional cilantro leaves.
