Ingredients:

  • 400 g fresh fish fillet, clean and skinless
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Coarse salt

Instructions:

Prepare the Fish:

  • Using a sharp knife, cut the fish fillet into 1 cm cubes.
  • Transfer the fish cubes to a large bowl.

Prepare the Mango:

  • Peel the mangoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes.
  • Add the mango cubes to the bowl with the fish.

Chop the Vegetables:

  • Finely chop the purple onion, red chili, and cilantro leaves.
  • Add them to the bowl with the fish and mango.

Add Seasoning:

  • Add the Sriracha, lime or lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of coarse salt to the bowl.
  • Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Taste and Adjust:

  • Taste the ceviche and adjust the seasoning if necessary by adding more salt or lime juice as desired.

Serve:

  • Serve the Mango Ceviche immediately for the freshest taste.
  • Optionally, garnish with additional cilantro leaves.
