Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/2 cup milk (your preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, nuts

Instructions:

Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the diced mango, yogurt, and whole milk.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk and blend again.

Pour and Top:

  • Pour the mango smoothie into a bowl.
  • Top with granola and chia seeds.
  • Add any additional toppings you like, such as fresh berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, or nuts.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mango smoothie bowl!
