Creamy Mango Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon for extra flavor

Instructions:

  • Blend the Mango: In a food blender, blend the mango cubes until smooth.

  • Mix Ingredients: In a deep-bottom bowl, mix the pureed mango with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir them well until all are combined properly. Add cardamom orcinnamon powder if used.

  • Chill: For the best flavor, cover the dip and chill for 30 minutes (at least) before serving.

  • Serve: Enjoy this creamy mango dip with slices of fresh fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers. It also makes a great topping for pancakes or waffles.
