Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon for extra flavor
Instructions:
- Blend the Mango: In a food blender, blend the mango cubes until smooth.
- Mix Ingredients: In a deep-bottom bowl, mix the pureed mango with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir them well until all are combined properly. Add cardamom orcinnamon powder if used.
- Chill: For the best flavor, cover the dip and chill for 30 minutes (at least) before serving.
