  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Mango Salsa:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  • Prepare Pork Chops: Powder the pork chops with salt and crushed pepper. In a bowl, mix honey and soy sauce.

  • Serve: Put one pork chop on a plate and top with a generous amount of mango salsa. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
