Mango Coconut Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain or coconut-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • Honey or maple syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions:

  • Layer the Ingredients: In two glasses or parfait dishes, begin by layering 1/4 cup of yogurt at the bottom.

  • Add Mango: Follow with a layer of 1/4 cup diced mango in each glass.

  • Add Granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the mango.

  • Repeat: Repeat the layers with the leftover yogurt, mango, and granola.

  • Top with Coconut: Finish each parfait by sprinkling toasted coconut on top.

  • Drizzle and Serve: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired and serve immediately.
