- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves, optional
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions:
- Prepare the Bread: Toast the bread slices to your desired crispiness.
- Spread Cream Cheese: Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each toasted bread piece.
- Layer Mango: Arrange the mango slices over the cream cheese on both bread slices. If using, add a few fresh mint leaves.
