Ingredients:

  • 4 favorite bread slices (sourdough, whole grain, etc.)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves, optional
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Bread: Toast the bread slices to your desired crispiness.

  • Spread Cream Cheese: Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each toasted bread piece.

  • Layer Mango: Arrange the mango slices over the cream cheese on both bread slices. If using, add a few fresh mint leaves.

  • Drizzle Honey: Drizzle a little honey over the mango slices for extra sweetness.

  • Assemble Sandwich: Top with the leftover slices of bread, cream cheese side down.

  • Serve: Cut each in half and serve immediately.
