Mango Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine Ingredients: In a deep-bottom bowl, combine mango, pineapple, red onion, and jalapeño.

  • Add Lime Juice and Cilantro: Add lime juice and cilantro to the fruit mixture. Stir to mix well.

  • Season: Season with salt to taste.

  • Chill: Refrigerate for thirty minutes (at least) before serving to allow flavors to meld.

  • Serve: Enjoy as a topping for grilled meats or seafood or serve with chips as a snack.
