Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a deep-bottom bowl, combine mango, pineapple, red onion, and jalapeño.
- Add Lime Juice and Cilantro: Add lime juice and cilantro to the fruit mixture. Stir to mix well.
- Season: Season with salt to taste.
- Chill: Refrigerate for thirty minutes (at least) before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Enjoy as a topping for grilled meats or seafood or serve with chips as a snack.
