Ingredients:
- 2 cups mango puree
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a deep-bottom bowl, toss the mango puree, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare Loaf Pan: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks at regular intervals. Freeze for 6 hours (at least or more) or until solid.
- Serve: Once frozen, remove from the freezer, let stand for a few minutes, then cut between the sticks to create individual pops.
