Loaf Pan Mango Pops

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Mix Ingredients: In a deep-bottom bowl, toss the mango puree, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Prepare Loaf Pan: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.

  • Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks at regular intervals. Freeze for 6 hours (at least or more) or until solid.

  • Serve: Once frozen, remove from the freezer, let stand for a few minutes, then cut between the sticks to create individual pops.
