Mango Hot Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.

  • Simmer: Decrease the stove heat and let simmer for 18-20 minutes until thickened.

  • Blend: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then blend until smooth.

  • Strain: For a smoother texture, strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve.

  • Bottle: Pour into a clean bottle and refrigerate. Use as needed.
