Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer: Decrease the stove heat and let simmer for 18-20 minutes until thickened.
- Blend: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
- Strain: For a smoother texture, strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Bottle: Pour into a clean bottle and refrigerate. Use as needed.
