Mango Panna Cotta

Ingridients:

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin pulsed in 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Heat Cream and Sugar: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and sugar. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves completely. Do not boil.

  • Add Gelatin: Remove from heat and add the dissolved gelatin. Stir until completely incorporated.

  • Add Mango Puree: Mix in the mango puree and vanilla extract. (keep some mango puree for garnish.)

  • Pour into bowls: Ladle the mixture into bowls or glases.

  • Add a thin layer of mango puree on top

  • Chill: Refrigerate for 4 hours (at least or more) or until set.
