Ingridients:
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin pulsed in 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Heat Cream and Sugar: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and sugar. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves completely. Do not boil.
- Add Gelatin: Remove from heat and add the dissolved gelatin. Stir until completely incorporated.
- Add Mango Puree: Mix in the mango puree and vanilla extract. (keep some mango puree for garnish.)
- Pour into bowls: Ladle the mixture into bowls or glases.
- Add a thin layer of mango puree on top
- Chill: Refrigerate for 4 hours (at least or more) or until set.
