- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chunked
- 250 grams halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Olive oil for brushing
- Fresh mint or cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to moderately high heat.
- Assemble Skewers: Thread mango chunks, halloumi cubes, and bell pepper chunks alternately onto skewers.
